When you list your real estate in Key West with Resort Realty and Appraisals, Inc., we will need the following documents reviewed and signed:

• Exclusive Right of Sale Real Estate Listing Agreement

• MLS Caravan Approval

• Open House Approval

• Lead Based Paint Disclosure, if residential & built before 1978

• Complete Real Estate Seller’s Disclosure

We will also need the following items from you if you have them on file:

• Copies of any leases and/or rental history with income for your real estate property

• Copy of Condo Docs or Association Guidelines, if applicable

• Copies of  keys to access all units, storage, garages, etc.

• Obtain copy of survey and elevation certificate - if available

Once all of these items have been taken care of, your Agent will proceed with the following to prepare the listing.  We want every listing to be a complete, very informative and inviting listing.  We will:

• Obtain a copy of tax card & footprint

• Measure property so we can complete and create a site plan and floor-plan of your real estate property with details

• Photograph your Key West real estate inside & out

• Create a True 360° Virtual Tour of your property which will be added to your listing as another selling feature.

• Give photos, bullet points & floor-plans to graphics department for custom signage

• Make copies of keys and leave in key locker

• Develop marketing plan - Agent

• Complete MLS forms

With the above items in place your listing is ready for the world!  We will:

• Place listing on the Florida Keys MLS (Multiple Listing Service)

• Place listing on our website – keysresortrealty.com (Rated #6 in the state of Florida by Florida Realtor Magazine and #1 on Yahoo.com  for key words “Key West Real Estate”

• Design, print and install yard signs  

-Standard “For Sale” sign (will be installed initially)

-Large advertising board with detailed floor and site plan, in-door images of  the real estate property, pool, yard etc.

(this can take up to 10 days)

• Set key West Open House dates

• Schedule Key West caravans (Brokers and sales agents preview)

• Publish print adds when appropriate

- Key West Citizen (in "Key West Real Estate for Sale" column)

- Wall Street Journal

- DuPont Registry

- Classifieds as applicable (Citizen classifieds go on Keysnews.com)

• Promote on various real estate websites as appropriate:

- Realtor.com

- Craigslist.org

- FKREN.com  link (which is part of FLKEYS.com)

- Keysnews.com

- Trulia.com

- Loopnet.com  (for commercial and income-producing properties)

- Wannanetwork.com
